Fox Fall: Two New Comedies, ''Til Death' Lives
Fox announced its fall schedule today, including two new comedies: the previously announced Sons of Tucson, which will premiere at midseason, and Brothers (pictured), from Arrested Development's Mitchell Hurwitz, along with his Sit Down, Shut Up co-creators Eric and Kim Tannenbaum. Brothers, premiering in the fall, stars former NFL player Michael Strahan as, er, a former NFL player who returns to his hometown and reconnects with his family.
In less exciting news, the network also confirmed the return of 'Til Death, which despite being on hiatus since October will be back this fall, airing Fridays after Brothers. Enough episodes are in the can that Fox may not need to order too many more, which gives me a bit of hope that the show's return will be brief. Let's hope the new comedies are of a higher quality.
