Gob decides that since he’s going to stay married to the woman (Amy Poehler) he accidentally got hitched to during a one-night stand, he should have a bachelor party. Michael wants to throw the party, but Gob instead picks George, who turns the party into a chance to frame Bluth Company accountant Ira Gilligan and prevent him from testifying at George’s trial. The plan fails, and Gob apologizes to Michael for rejecting his help. Tobias wants to reunite his family folk band to help save his marriage, but Lindsay and Maeby reject the idea. Instead, Gob’s wife makes music with Tobias and falls in love with him.

George’s twin brother Oscar comes to town looking for money, but rather than give his uncle a handout, Michael decides to buy Oscar’s lemon grove with some Bluth Company money that has been released. It turns out that the grove is worthless, though, and Michael has to go to Lucille (with whom Oscar is secretly in love) to make things right. She gets the grove back and buys out a pesky board member, so that now she’s on the board herself. Gob’s wife leaves him to join the Army after determining that her love for Tobias can never be.

Michael decides to take Maeby to work with him for Take Your Daughter to Work Day, in order to provide her with a better role model than her parents. He offers her $50 to go the whole day without lying, and agrees to do the same thing himself, which proves difficult when the police come to interrogate him about Kitty’s whereabouts, and a video surfaces of Kitty boarding the Bluth family yacht just before Gob blew it up. Lucille invites Oscar to come with her to Annyong’s soccer game, which upsets Buster.

When Michael discovers that George was building houses in Iraq during Saddam Hussein’s rein, he gets fed up and quits the Bluth Company. He tells George Michael to pack up so they can leave, but George Michael convinces his dad to stay and help the family. George volunteers to take the lie-detector test that Michael was supposed to take, and appears to have a heart attack during the test. George is rushed to the hospital, but it turns out he had faked the heart attack, and has used the opportunity to go on the run.
