Multi-Camera Show

Definition: A multi-camera show is a sitcom filmed with several cameras at once, generally on a sound stage in front of a studio audience. By using several cameras in set positions, the show can be filmed more quickly, but it also results in less control over the angles of various shots, and a more limited range of shooting locations.
