The Big C follows the life of suburban Minneapolis schoolteacher Cathy Jamison after she’s diagnosed with advanced-stage melanoma. Cathy takes her cancer diagnosis as an opportunity to cut loose and do all the things she’s always been afraid of, even if her family and friends don’t understand.
