Up All Night features freewheeling married couple Reagan and Chris, who are determined not to let their new baby get in the way of their fast-paced lifestyle. Chris stays at home with the baby, and Reagan works hard for her talk-show-host boss, trying to balance the demands of work and social life with the demands of parenthood.

History:
Up All Night was developed under the working title Alpha Mom, with Christina Applegate as a public-relations executive and Maya Rudolph as her boss, and then changed from its original pilot to make Rudolph’s character into a popular talk-show host.
