Three high-powered Los Angeles women, all middle-aged, accidentally find themselves stranded in Cleveland and decide to make a new home there, where their jet-setting ways are still impressive and glamorous. They move in to a house together and clash with its cantankerous caretaker.

History:
In November 2009, TV Land announced an initiative to expand its programming into original scripted comedies, starting with the pilots Hot in Cleveland and Retired at 35. After its pilot was produced, Cleveland was ordered to series, and it premiered as TV Land’s first original sitcom in June 2010. It became the highest-rated show in TV Land history and was quickly renewed for a second season.
