Hung follows the life of Ray Drecker, a high-school basketball coach and history teacher in suburban Detroit, who uses his God-given endowment to become a male prostitute in order to pay his bills after his house is burned nearly to the ground. With the help of his friend/pimp/former one-night stand Tanya, Ray services female clients while trying to get back on his feet to rebuild his house and regain custody of his teenage kids.

Seasons 1-2 are available on DVD.
Hung debuted in 2009 after a mildly titillating but surprisingly controversy-free ad campaign to mostly positive reviews and strong ratings for HBO, where it was paired with veteran dramedy Entourage.
