Homer Simpson. Just saying that name made you chuckle, didn't it? That's because Homer has become a cultural icon as the patriarch of the Simpson family.
His favorite food groups are donuts and beer. He has had numerous unsuccessful careers (Mr. Plow, anyone?) and still manages to somehow retain a job at the local nuclear power plant (despite his lack of any formal degree).
